16 Monarchs seen this evening at Point Pelee National Park, 10 more than the 6 I saw the entire 2013 season, their lowest numbers ever. I'm grateful for one that I see.

24°c & humid with 15kmh NE winds
All but 3 arrived from the north, all on west side shoreline & flitted to interior trees out of view.
2 or 3 were seen after sunset, around 7:45 arriving from the west, flying to & settling in a Hackberry Tree at Tip Shuttle stop.
