I went to Harrisville State Park to see if a migration would happen on a NW wind at 9AM. I saw 6 migrating the first half hour, but then the wind turned NNE and no more monarch to noon. I decided to walk my 2 miles and no more monarchs were observed. Returning home at 1:30PM, I saw no monarchs in my garden or yard to 6PM. Weather was sunny early AM and then overcast and cool rest of the day. Temperature reached 67F., and the wind was at 6-10 mph from the NE.
