About 5:15 PM while walking on 1st Ave. I saw a large bird traveling northward in circles from the area of Lehigh Street. I stopped and kept looking because the profile was too big for a hawk, but the profile didn't look like a turkey vulture. As I waited it flew less than 30 feet over the intersection of 1st & Market. I could clearly see that it was a Bald Eagle.
