Monarchs coming in to what is left of our tropical milkweed patches. No hatches today--the one that did hatch was afflicted by bacteria that doesn't allow wings to develop. happy to see the monarchs in the patch. we are down to just a few chrysalis and they are not looking good. hope to build a monarch pavillion next year where they will be protected from tacnid fly and can hatch to
full adult.
