Six or more hummingbirds still fattening up in our garden, where we have three zones of pollinator plants and feeders. They had access the day before to feeders with warm 1:3.5 sugar water under two roof overhangs during a driving rain, and I brought out prewarmed feeders again before sunrise, because the temperature had dropped to 50 F with persistent winds after the storm. The hummingbirds seemed particularly interested in snapping up tiny bugs, and they spent a lot of time on the feeders.
