Sighted one adult nectaring on blue asters in butterfly garden appx 6:00 PM, weather very windy (storms forecast for later in evening) temp appx 87 deg, probably chose to nectar on the asters because the weight of blooms and previous high winds had separated branches of the aster, monarch was climbing from bloom to bloom due to high winds rather than flying (perfectly able to fly as monarch took off after appx 15 min).
