Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 09/22/2018

Number: 1000

On September 14 early morning I had hundreds gather and feed on my very large planting of sweet autumn clematis I grow for the honey bees.
On September 22 of which I am reporting my next door neighbor had 1000+ fly in her trees (hackberry) to roost for the night.
Such a beautiful site.
We had each commented it was a once in a lifetime event and now we were blessed twice.
