Sighted three monarchs, one female others unk gender, nectaring in butterfly garden. ectared on profusion zinnias, bloomerang lilac, annual salvia, pentas. One noticeably smaller than the others probably same one that eclosed on a ledge of the house recently. They were present on & off throughout the day, temps typical Sep appx 50 - 75 deg, sunny & mild, almost no wind.
