I hadn't seen the little female "guarding" my feeder since the bad thunderstorm we had last week (~4 inches rain and high winds), but there is a significant amount of nectar gone from the feeder since yesterday morning and I JUST SAW ONE FEEDING! I hope my little female flew south vs being a victim of the storm.

Your map doesn't show the Dodge Nature Center across the street which is something like 360 acres, plus many other parks and woods here -- lots of habitat for lots of birds!
