Female/young Calliope seen flycatching her/its way thru cottonwoods located in the Barber Pool Conservation area adjacent to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival grounds. Only saw it briefly when happened to look up and saw this short-billed small female-looking hummer about 10m. up. Bird disappeared in the foliage and did not see again, though looked for it.
