After observing no monarchs the past 3 days, I finally had 6 monarchs between 11AM and 3PM at my garden. I was able to net and tag 2 female monarchs and 1 male monarch. Tags are YGN-978, YGN-979, and YGN-980. Weather was rain AM and partly sunny PM with a south wind at 6 mph. A strong cold front is approaching from the north tonight. Temperature was 72F.
