They are in three way fights for territory. They have been in our yard at feeders and flowers all summer. I keep fresh food for them and have been doing so for years. During this summer I have done away with three dead ones due to fighting and I picked up one that seemed dead but I thought he may not be and I placed it on some paper towel in a safe place and he did recover and flew to a low branch. Hope he continued to improve. This one had hit a window as it was fighting another one. It was about twenty minutes before it flew fro my paper towel.
