Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/03/2018

Number: 10000

Cape May finally saw a peak migration of monarch butterflies!! It started early this morning (we were out at 8 am and they were on the move already) and continued til it was dark. It was an amazing sight to watch them streaming down the dunes with the gazillion dragonflies! It was like an insect snow globe (-: Not too many roosts were found tonight but a few of 10, 20, 50 and 100.
