My husband and I saw what we believe is our last hummer today. It was alone at the feeders for several days; then we did not see it at all in the afternoon. It has been alternately very cool and very warm lately, so we are happy that the little hummer is hopefully on its way south migrating to its winter home as it would sit all puffed up on the feeders as if it were cold.
