I saw no monarchs yesterday because of an all day rain. The day before I saw 39 at Harrisville State Park heading south the shoreline, but today I observed 102 monarchs and was able to net and tag a female monarch. Tag is YGN-990. I also got a picture of a monarch on the beach. The weather was rain all AM with afternoon clouds on a wind WNW-8-12 mph and the temperature 62F. Here is the hour by hour count until the rain moved back in:
