On a surprisingly warm & humid Saturday, in early fall with temps pushing 80 degrees a beautiful Monarch came by to nectar on our butterfly bush for a good hour around 2:30 p.m. It would nectar for a while, and then fly off only to return 10 mins. later giving me more great photo ops to take advantage of.
