Today One female came in my yard to feed on my red shrimp plants. This will be the third October I’ve seen her. Reason I know it’s the same bird is because she roosts in the same spot every time she shows up. One male showed up on September 13 another male showed up on October 2 and this is the first female on the ninth. The males were here for one day and moved on continuing their migration.
