Observed from a slow moving train over a 10 mile stretch in 20 minutes.
Most were flying west fighting a stiff wind from the south south east at about 10 mph.
They remain migrating through this area. Cool weather approaching tomorrow.
I have reported many monarchs this year from Marion mainly west of town along the prairie preserves.
