I've lived on Mt. Davidson for almost fifteen years and have never seen multiple monarchs migrating by. It was an usually warm day (for San Francisco), no fog. The monarchs were flying from a North/North West direction right through my back yard. Not a huge mass of them, but a steady stream that lasted for about an hour. Cool to see!
