This male was a bit smaller than the other ones I've seen this year but he gorged himself on my zinnias and stuck around for a while. They've been few and far between this year and no eggs or caterpillars on my dozen milkweeds BUT I did see some leaves eaten that MIGHT suggest some young caterpillars. I just couldn't see them at all. :::crosses fingers:::
