Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 10/14/2018

Number: 1

A lot of Ruby throats must have hatched late in east 2018 season. We are still seeing them trail in. 2 this past week with one so small it couldn't reach feeder ports. We had to purchase a small 3 in one 'More Birds' feeder with yellow flower ports, just happen to see in store. Juveniles recently could not figure 4
oz small high view feeders out.
I saw one come in during a 14 mile hour wind storm yesterday looking around at things in pergola area. Wind was spooking it up into trees. Today it found new feeder and can reach ports.
