I saw several dozen Monarchs singly and in small groups between 1-3 PM. headed along HWY 44/248 between Taylorsville and Taylorsville Lake State Park. There were also quite a few spotted at the state park as I rode my horse along trails back to the lake. Most seemed to be headed south west. It was very cold last night- down to 32 degrees at my farm.
