Saw 1 monarch flying away from our butterfly bush late this morning (husband startled it when he went out, but he says it was on the bush). I've covered the bush overnight when temps are near freezing so blossoms are still good... most other flowers in garden are getting damaged by the frost. Last night was around 40 d,with steady rain at 2am when I woke up once. Today it's part sunny, quite windy, in 50's, in NE PA.
