I think the same monarchs that hung out on my butterfly bushes yesterday returned today. I recognize several of them due to some markings/tears, etc. The monarch with the torn wing has been here since 10/13. I saw it "hugging" another monarch as dark approached last night - they spent the night inside one of the butterfly bushes tightly interwoven. Today has been breezy and overcast with intermittent very light sprinkles and in the 60s. Tomorrow morning is supposed to be cold. Hoping for the best for all of them! I am so thrilled to have so many. The most I have ever had here at one time is three!
