As I was standing at the busy Guadalupe Street "Cattle Crossing" adjacent to the student union at UT in early afternoon, I saw 2 monarchs fly southwest at rooftop level about one minute apart. This is exactly the same spot I have seen monarchs migrating in past years. Then, later in the afternoon, I saw 2 monarchs at different times flying southwest over our house in Central Austin. One alighted briefly on our blooming loquat tree and I caught this photo of him.
