Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 10/26/2018

Number: 1

One hummingbird still here chasing all other new ones immediately out especially at 7 a.m.
Pic is present juvenile one with buffy brown tail spread, with a black head top and has been here more than 3 weeks.

Likes Black and blue,Amistad, coral salvias the best rather than 'Brake lights' Yucca blooming within salvias.
Hummongbird is next to pumpkin stem on left in pic going to Black and blue salvias.
Why am I glad others (2) have gone. Keeping feeders warm in winter is tough for more than one over wintering hummingbird.
