On Thursday, Nov 15, 2018 at 7:24 a.m. saw an adult bald eagle flying 1.5 miles SW of Owego, NY. The eagle had a 3 1/2 to 4 foot long tree branch in it's talons while flying SW just above the tree line between RT#17 and the Susquehanna River. The morning was overcast and 25° F.
