I counted 100 in 90 seconds. This rate continued for at least one hour while I watched. It was fairly constant all day as I saw similar numbers all over bald head state park while I was there yesterday between 10:30 am and 3 pm. Strangely, they seem to have been flying east towards the Big Bend as apposed to South West like I would expect. More pictures and videos of the day are on my Facebook.
