Around noon today. All over the yard , pasture, in trees and at neighbors land. Appeared to be eating insects while moving leaves with beaks. Also drinking from water containers in back yard. Use to have flocks in the pasture almost every year. First ones we have seen in a while. No fruit here this time of year. Seems early in the year but I do not keep track of them. Just enjoy seeing hundreds in the pasture. 1 pm now and most have moved to the trees, south of the house. Very noisy. Note: Have had lots of rain. Maybe the worms have been driven to the top of soil and grass for their pleasure?
