Heard it first, could not believe it, as it is seemingly far too early to see a robin here. Also the temperature is currently -22 degrees F. Nevertheless I looked and realized it was indeed a robin. It is eating the berries off the tree in front of my home office. Worrying to see a migratory bird arrive at a time like this, when we are experiencing the most extreme cold we've had since 1996.
