One Bald Eagle seen at the Julie J. Metz Wetland Bank in the late afternoon. He was perched in a tree towards the back of the wetlands, and I startled him as I walked through the woods. He circled overhead for several minutes. Looking at his plumage, he appears to be about 3 years old. He has the dark eyes stripe and the tip of his beak is still dark.
