I drive a school bus for Robertson county TN., this Eagle was trying to land on the highway in front of me to probably eat the dead possum abt 7am. I slowed down so he would see me and not land in from of me. The location of this sighting is Hwy 25 (Lakeview Rd) btw Hwy 49 and Youngville Rd. My first up close and personal with any eagle since I moved to TN now 3 years. I suspect it was male based on it size. We have had quite a bit of flooding the standing water in this area might be the attraction.
