Practice Report (Any Species)

Date: 02/26/2019

Number: 1

This was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. There must have been thousands. It was like a long undulating wave and at first I thought it was an endless flock of birds but as I kept watching their flight was not as straight as a flock of birds. And there were just so many. This train of butterflies overhead lasted several minutes. Again, this was like nothing I have ever seen before. It was around 5:36 pm. There was no sound emanating so I knew they it couldn’t have been a flock of birds. Amazing sight!
