my milkweed was not grown enough to support any egg laying, but I did observe 2 females flying about my garden looking. I was worried for them. I have 3 tropical milkweeds which I cut to the ground in December that have started to regrow. I am germinating 50 common milkweed seeds after a month of cold wet stratification....hope to replace the tropical
