We had an injured deer (broken leg) hanging out in our backyard for about a week. One morning I woke up and saw that it had been attacked by coyotes. My husband was oot and he wanted to see it, so I didn’t call animal control right away.
The next day we found the eagle eating on the carcass. She has come to feed on it several times off and on.
