Male, it was windy and raining, the wind blew him off and into some plants which tore his right upper wing. Neither of his top wings opened, his lower wings opened enough to see he was male. I did everything I could but his wings didn't open and he died 3 days latter.

He is my 2nd butterfly to hatch in 2019 and the first to hatch in March.
