Tips have begun to emerge from the ground with dark red-purple coloring; however, green coloration is beginning to show in the tallest sprouted ones. The lowest growing one is about an inch and a half while the highest growing one is about 3.5 inches high. The weather has been freezing at points in the past weeks with some snow, but is beginning to warm up to 40s and 50s.
