Mass migration of Painted Ladies over our yard, headed north, continuously for at least an hour (we watched from 10am to 11am PST 03/12/2019), travelling as individuals or in groups of about 2-7. We counted two samples of 19 per minute and 36 per minute; 20 per minute seemed about average with higher densities occasionally.
