Monarchs sighted over the last 3 days. Did not realize at first they were monarchs. The color seems lighter and faded, not as vibrant. Confused them with dry dead leaves initially. Many were stopping to feed on nectar from flowering plants--daisy-like flowers and sea spray--in neighbors's yards. First time experience. This is fantastic.
