Bald Eagles have been in this area all winter. There is open water with lots of Bird life around. Also many Trumpeter Swans that stay here during the winter and have been targeted by the Eagles. I personally help with the tagging and banding of Trumpeters in the area and have witnessed last winter 2 Eagles that took down a swan and killed it
