This is what prompted me to get up and check for bird migration waves. The National Weather Service Radar lit up early this morning with the telltale sign of birds migrating through the area. Albany was lighting up too. It looked like something was going on around the Taconics
Buffalo always seems to show ground clutter especially revealing the wind turbines. Here is a good example of this

When I got up, my trees were full of grackles.
