The Garden Club of Orange Park sighted four caterpillars on three milkweed plants. The milkweed was planted on 1Mar2019 and the caterpillars were already in their 4th ins-star. The milkweed was grown in our green house in Green Cove Springs before being taken to Orange Park for planting. Therefore, a Monarch Butterfly must have already deposited eggs on the plants which we did not see her before planting.
