Two very skittish Monarchs, both female. Even though the garden has numerous large milkweed plant, one of the females kept laying her eggs on the tiny leaves of newly emerging tropical milkweed that had been frostbitten by the unexpected freeze a few weeks ago. They are too inconveniently located to collect so I've marked their locations and will monitor them.
