The temp was approximately 47-50 degrees, partly sunny, slight breeze. When the sun was shining it was warm. There is a small park in our neighborhood that borders a farm. We had a foot or more snow melt off about 2 weeks ago and caused localized flooding. There is a natural pond from the snow melt, but also run off ditches off the farm. The frogs seemed to be centralized in the new pond.
