A female Monarch laying eggs. Counted 38 eggs.i bought 13 larvae inside have 6 caterpillars that are close to last instar stage. In side. None of the caterpillars left outside made it. I think maybe frost got.a female came back thu a week ago I have about 40 new eggs outside.plus I bought milkweed locally that had eggs and caterpillars.i have around 138est monarch caterpillar,eggs and crystalis now.i am also a volunteer tagger for St Mark's NWR u her FWC David Cook. In addition I color my raised and wild caught monarchs with tags colored Green
