I believe it is a female who nested on our property last year because she has a white slash over her left eyebrow. We've seen 3-4 robins since but snow is still at least 2 feet on the ground and we've had a mixture of winter weather since the first view. We're feeding them with a mix of raisins, dried cranberries, unsalted peanuts, fresh apple and grape pieces, which are also a big hit with the white throated sparrows, red wing blackbirds, cardinals, squirrels and, recently, chipmunks.
