It's been a strange Spring here in Charlotte, yesterday snow flurries and today bright and sunny.

I went to the garden to look for our common milkweed and found about 10 plants, some small and just barely peeking out of the soil. Others about 2.5cm tall. I so hope we have enough milkweed for this migration. The fall migration presented many problems for Citizen Scientist in the area as there was a shortage of milkweed due to the plethora of eggs!

Time to get ready!!
