i believe this to be the same female i observed yesterday. thin body. was expecting her on April 5. just a couple of days late. have had my feeders out since february. didn’t get my last year ruby’s the first week of march like i expected. she was nectaring on my red salvia. have not used the feeders. my neighbor has many bottlebrush in bloom. she has had several ruby’s the last couple of weeks. i am a happy floridian!
