I was very surprised to see a butterfly flutter by so early...we don't even have any insects yet and there are no flowers to speak of, just this Andromeda bush with tiny flowers. It's usually the bees that like this bush, but they're not around yet.
I think this would be a Question Mark (Brushfoot Butterfly). It was a warm day for here, up to 65o that day, but it had been below freezing the nights before.
