I spotted one red winged black bird in my yard eating on the ground. I heard a different call the morning I saw him. I’ve never heard that bird call before and there it was, one male red winged black bird. There was lyric nut mix, blueberries and lyric chickadee mix on the ground. Idk which he was eating, but something attracted him. He’s been here every day since singing and eating amongst several other birds, squirrels and chipmunks.
